Job description

Primary Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to assist the Flight Adventure Deck (FAD) Manager in the management of the FAD program delivery in an effective, efficient manner and within established budgets and timelines to contribute to the success and longevity of FAD. This position will ensure that all programs maintain standards for educational quality and reflect the mission, vision and spirit of FAD.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Program delivery, scheduling, and evaluation

2. Program Operations

3. Program Organization, Staffing, and Training

4. Other Duties

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have good communication skills and basic computer skills; including software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of youth camp and/or education programs. Time and project management. 

Education/Experience: Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the general public, employees, management and adults in an office environment. Requirements may change due to program's needs.

Work Environment: Office Environment, usually Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch, but primarily depends on program delivery requirements that may include evenings and weekends.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
