You will make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Take premium payments from customers.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client

retention and product loyalty.

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.

Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Professional phone etiquette.

Career-minded vision.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Successful sales background.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.

Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
