Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Operator – Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
• Picking, labeling, scanning via RF Gun and palletizing outbound shipping orders using forklift
• Load and unload trucks
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Prepare pallets according to prescribed work standards, stacking and tagging
• Maintain shipping supplies to ensure orders ship on schedule
• Receive and process warehouse stock
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring accuracy in item count and location
• Inform supervisor all inventory issues, supply shortages, shipping issues, and other concerns
• Ensure loads are 100% accurate before departure of the product from the warehouse
• Inspect incoming and outgoing material to ensure quality, quantity, and item accuracy
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing warehouse, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility
• Have at least 1 year of experience in forklift operation
• Have basic computer knowledge, including the use of Microsoft Office products and can complete data input using SAP software
• Have the ability to use RF scanners, inventory tracking and control systems (no prior experience required)
• Have the ability to organize work to maximize output of shipments
• Have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Are able to work independently and/or on a team
• Are willing to work in uncomfortable environments, including hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions
• Can frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion
• Can lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the day
• Are willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
