Job description

Title: Process Engineer
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + 10% annual bonus + Relo asssistance 
Location: Hillsboro,TX

We are a large manufacturing company with operations across the globe. We specialize in insulation, glass, and roofing applications that serve various industries such as transportion, automotive, aerospace, building materials, wind energy, filtration and more

What You Will Be Doing

• You will provide technical expertise and leadership to operate a significant asset -- our typical revenue is $50-$200M
• Develop standard operating procedures and standard control processes
• Implement procedures to actively improve safety performance and safety culture
• Define process set points for our various product types and create related management tools- set up sheets, SOPs, etc
• Provide leadership for process redesign efforts during major investment projects, including rebuild
• Provide on-site support during both construction and startup phases

What You Need for this Position

• BS degree or better in an Engineering related field
• Minimum of 3 years of Process Engineering or related experience
• You should be knowledgeable in industrial continuous process improvement/ manufacturing process improvement practices
