Job Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Upholding safety standards and adhering to relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• A Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues related to multi-family construction.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with excel, word and the ability to use computer systems as required for data reporting, email, scheduling, etc.
• People skills sufficient to maintain good working relationships with the GC, sub-contractors and other trades.
• Own a personal set of basic required hand tools and power tools. Power will provide all specialty tools.
