Job description
Adecco is hiring Reach Forklift Drivers to work with one of the largest health food and supplement companies in Valencia, CA. This is a 6 to 9-month temporary assignment. The pay rate is $21/hr on the second shift, Monday-Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Reach Forklift Driver flexible with assignments, teamwork-oriented, able to work with minimal direction, proactive, and will identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
· Operate Reach Forklift for accurate shipping, processing, and receiving.
· Supply manufacturing with raw materials and WIP (Work in Progress) promptly.
· Unload inbound trailers to be staged for put-away.
· Store raw materials in designated locations.
· Load outbound trailers with finished bulk.
· Ensure that all inventory transactions are completed in real-time and accurately.
· Replenish supplies to support manufacturing and packaging operations.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED.
· One year of experience and prior certification using a Reach Forklift in a large warehouse/distribution center moving materials/bulk. The Reach Forklift used has the extension option where the fork moves forward and backward:
· Ability to manually lift up to 45 lbs. and operate a Reach Forklift and pallet jacks to reach, push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 600 pounds.
· Basic math skills to count/balance numbers of production and perform routine calculations.
· Experience operating RF scanners and using the inventory control system (familiarity with JDE preferred).
· English communication skills to read/understand policies, procedures, good manufacturing practices, and batch records, communicate with supervisors and others, and maintain routine records.
· Ideal candidate is flexible with assignments, teamwork-oriented, able to work with minimal direction, proactive, and will identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures.
