JobTitle: Project Manager (5+ yrs multifamily wood-frame experience)
Location: Washington DC and Silver Spring MD area 
Salary: $140k-$155k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years of experience in Multifamily or wood frame construction projects

What You Need for this Position
