Job description
Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Pharma QC Reviewer in Itasca, IL!
Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
A 3 Month Contract Opportunity
Job Summary: The Pharma QC Reviewer is responsible for reviewing technical data and documents, drafting protocols and reports, and translating complex information into clear, concise language. They collaborate with technical staff and clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Proficiency in technical writing, data analysis, and software applications is essential.
Essential Duties:
Perform peer review of data from Pharma QC and ARD groups.
Prepare final reports and document assessments using templates and customer information.
Draft worksheets and investigation reports, following the review process.
Communicate project progress and barriers effectively.
Adhere to GMP, GLP, ISO standards, and company policies.
Complete required training in a timely manner.
Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies and procedures.
Perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 7 years of experience.
Prior pharmaceutical laboratory or Quality Assurance experience is necessary.
Technical writing experience in a scientific context is advantageous.
Pharmacopeial testing is required
Excellent data review and technical writing skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Strong project management and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies and procedures.
Perform assigned duties and responsibilities
Physical Requirements:
10% standing/walking and 90% sitting at a desk or computer.
Occasional lifting of up to 45lbs may be required.
