Job description
Manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of industries and clients
Write content for blogs, social media, digital ads, email drip campaigns, guides, and websites
Perform keyword research for SEO purposes and optimize content accordingly
Create and monitor social media ads and ad spend; perform A/B testing as needed
Work within clients’ CMS, email marketing platform, and social media accounts
Analyze data and campaign analytics for monthly client reports
Maintain enthusiasm and urgency in servicing clients while consistently striving for excellence
Design basic graphics for use in social media content, email blasts, guides, websites, and reports
Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, communications, business, or related fields)
2-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; preferably agency experience
Familiarity and comfort with CMS platforms (WordPress experience highly preferred)
Proven ability to create engaging and branded content for clients (blogs and social media)
Experience with email marketing campaigns and software (MailChimp preferred)
Experience with Google Analytics and data/social listening and analytics tools
Unrelenting attention to detail
Outstanding writing and self-editing ability
Exceptional organizational skills and time management
Beginner level design skills or understanding (Canva experience a plus)
Is incredibly smart, charismatic, and a natural conversationalist
Has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to work hard/play hard
Is strategic, creative, and analytical
Has a genuine interest in marketing and keeps up with industry trends
Is a self-starter, takes pride in their work, and generally gives a damn
