Job description
Adecco is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for a top manufacturing company located in Stamford, CT. 1st shift. Pay rate - $21 - $26hr
Responsibilities for this Quality Inspector job include:
Direct inspection of incoming materials and parts from the production floor
Review all rejects and supporting documents with Quality Manager.
Conducting daily reviews for outstanding Non-conformities and pending DMR
Respond to other departments with input on inspections completed.
Conduct measurements and validation based on drawings.
Using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Process all parts through the ERP system in a timely manner and per documented procedures.
Serve as an Internal Auditor – support ISO9001:2015
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of Quality inspection/Quality engineering experience
Manufacturing experience, ideally in the industrial consumer goods sector
Trained in general safety (OSHA)
Hours/Days - Monday - Friday from 7:30am – 4:30 pm
