Job description
A family owned, civil construction company based in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking skilled construction laborers to join their team! Ideal candidates will open to travel as the company has several projects in East Tennessee, including Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Johnson City. Per Diem is paid for those travelling more than 60 miles.
Job Description:
- Perform construction work under the direction of the Superintendent or Foreman.
- Experience with the following types of construction projects: Pipeline, Trenchless, Structural, Site & Highway, Mine, and Marine preferred
- Operate or work around heavy equipment on site.
Qualification:
- Candidate needs to be open to learning new trades.
- 5+ years of skilled construction experience.
- Previous experience with underground utilities is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
- Open to travel in East Tennessee with per diem
Work Environment:
- Position will be working outdoors in all weather
- Shift is Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm
- PPE required: steel toe boots
