Role Description
The Early Learning Academies of Tennessee seeks a Full-time Preschool Director for our Johnson City, TN location.
Duties The Preschool Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of our preschool program, including curriculum development, classroom management, staff development, parent communication, and compliance with state and regulations. The Preschool Director will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool leadership role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with state regulations regarding preschool education
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Experience with staff training and development
- Passion for working with young children and their families
