Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Senior Purchasing Coordinator in Meridian, Idaho.


In this role, you will lead projects, help prepare bid/contract packages for vendors, track cost and contract information, assist with specification, product offering and contract development, track manufacturer agreements, and manage materials lists for computer management systems. You will also be responsible for general administrative functions and coordination with staff at the national purchasing office in Pennsylvania, as well as in various states across the country. Experience in design and residential finish products is a plus, as you will be working closely with out design studio products.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years of purchasing experience within the home building industry, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel skills, are required. JD Edwards and Microsoft Access skills are pluses!
