Location: Erie, PA Onsite
Duration: 12 months + (Contract to hire)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 8+ years of IT experience. Any P&C Insurance experience would be a plus, not required.
Top Desired Skills:
1. Business Analyst experience, 8 years minimum
2. Personality, Communication and culture is important
3. Experience leading meetings and working directly with business stake holders
4. Some QA experience; mostly UAT
Notes from talking to the Hiring Manager:
- I'm looking for a Sr. BA with really good communication skills.
- This BA will be heavily involved in gathering requirements, running meetings. Work with HR and other business partners. Some testing experience.
- Our team has 80 plus applications that supports: HR, Finance, Legal
- As part of the team you will work on projects focused on support, enhancements, BAU projects
- Experience creating test cases and doing general UAT testing would be helpful
- We are currently moving to Jira
