About the Position
At Structure, Sales Development Representatives are much more than just cold-callers (or cold-emailers). They’re leaders. They work our pipeline, manage conversations, and coordinate with our project managers to ensure our clients are cared for and the agency thrives.
They facilitate prospecting, scheduling, and day-to-day communication with prospects and internal teams. They are both empathetic and effective, cultivating a culture of efficiency, innovation, trust, and progress in their area of ownership.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency or a product-oriented sales position before, and has a college degree or relevant experience.

You'll need to be able to work well in our technical, yet relational environment. Here are things we’re looking for:
- You aren’t afraid to ask for the sale
- You’re not afraid to make a phone call
- You know what a CRM is and how it’s used
- You know the difference between WordPress.org and Squarespace
- You write conversationally and are proficient in English grammar
- You’re tech-savvy and easily learn new software and digital tools
- You know how to use Google Meet and feel completely comfortable on video calls
- You have a strong, professional LinkedIn profile and are proficient in LinkedIn Premium tools

- Source target audience lists from various sources
- Respond and follow up with prospect inquiries via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Build and edit automated messaging flows
- Lead a 15-minute phone screening call to qualify prospects
- Facilitate a video sales call with our Project Manager and prospects
- Report on sales results, opportunities, challenges
- Suggest improvements to our sales process to increase conversion rates
