Summary of responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of AP and cash receipt functions
Supervision of Senior Accountant, AP and cash Receipts staff
Provide guidance and support to team members (research assistance)
Maintain accounting policies/procedures and provide record keeping for the department
Monitor internal controls
Assist in preparation of firm financial statements
Manage month and year-end closing process
Billable expense report review
General ledger entries and review
Oversee/assist with bank reconciliations
Monitor bank and credit card accounts
Local/state/property and sales tax filings
Trust account management
Assist with implementations for process improvement
Other duties as needed/assigned by CFO

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
CPA required
10+ years of related accounting experience in a mid to large company, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Law firm experience required
Aderant, or similar experience required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with people at all organizational levels
Remote in PA with occasional travel to office in King of Prussia

Pay range: $150,000-$165,000, depending on experience
