Responsible for human primary cell handling; a wide variety of basic molecular biology techniques with minimal supervision; basic phage display antibody library preparation and screening work ; lab work recording; and ordering lab supplies.
Skills:
- M.S. degree in life sciences or related discipline with two or more years' directly relevant experience.
- Hands on experience with molecular cloning, plasmid preparation, RNA isolation and other molecular biology techniques.
- Excellent organization in day-to-day experiments and timely updating of experiment files.
- Detail Oriented
Critical Skills: - Molecular Cloning
- Bacterial Culture
- ELISA.
Preferred Skills: - Basic phage display antibody library preparation and screening work
