Role: Security Consultant - Dynamics CRM
Location: Remot, USA
Duration: 12+ months

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess security risks and vulnerabilities within Dynamics CRM implementations and recommend appropriate security controls and measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and reviews of Dynamics CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines for managing access controls, user permissions, data encryption, and other security-related aspects of Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into the design, development, and deployment phases of Dynamics CRM projects.
- Provide guidance and training to administrators, developers, and end-users on security best practices, threat detection, incident response, and regulatory compliance requirements related to Dynamics CRM.
- Stay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements relevant to Dynamics CRM, and proactively recommend updates and enhancements to security measures.
- Participate in security incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and remediation of security incidents and breaches affecting Dynamics CRM systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics CRM security, providing technical leadership, support, and advisory services to project teams and stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
- Extensive experience in information security roles, with a focus on securing Dynamics CRM implementations in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of security concepts, principles, and best practices relevant to Dynamics CRM, including access control, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection.
- Hands-on experience with security assessment tools, techniques, and methodologies for evaluating the security posture of Dynamics CRM systems (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, threat modeling).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to Dynamics CRM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing security risks and vulnerabilities in Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience with cloud security principles and practices, particularly in the context of Dynamics CRM deployed in cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating security tasks and processes in Dynamics CRM is a plus.
