About the Job

Caselle is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to assist our clients with their accounting needs. This individual should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven ability to manage workload in a fast paced, challenging environment. Client, department, and company success is always the end goal. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare journal entries, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Problem solve and prepare bank reconciliations
• Support Caselle customers with their day to day questions, including providing guidance to front line workers, reconciling accounts and providing reporting and analysis as needed
• Coordinate and assist in quarterly and annual reporting requirements
• Provide excellent customer service
• General ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and monthly close processes
• Other general accounting support functions

Experience and Skills Qualifications :

• Associates Degree in Accounting, related field or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• May be fresh out of school, or have one to three years of experience in an accounting role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, customer service-focused, and detail oriented
• Ability to adapt easily to change
• Proficient use and knowledge of computer systems
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work toward, and meet specified deadlines
