Title: HR Generalist

Responsible To:  HR Generalist Manager

Work Environment: Hybrid model with flexibility for both office and remote work

Summary:  As a Human Resources Generalist at Path Behavioral Healthcare, you play an integral role in building and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters empathy, respect, and a shared commitment to zero barrier access to services. Your role encompasses various HR tasks such as coordinating hiring efforts, managing employee documentation, and the successful facilitation of employee onboarding and orientation. The work you do each day directly contributes to creating an efficient and supportive work environment for a team committed to changing lives. The level of support Human Resources provide to our employees directly influences their capacity to deliver exceptional care and service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in maintaining compliance with PATH guidelines and state regulations.
2. Participate in the hiring process by conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
3. Collect all necessary onboarding documents for processing
4. Facilitate orientation for new hires
5. Keep employee files up-to-date and organized.
6. Assist in managing disciplinary actions and resolving grievances.
7. Act as a key contact for both applicants and employees, responding to inquiries regarding standard policies.
8. Uphold the confidentiality of HR information to maintain employee trust.
9. Adhere to organizational standards to guarantee quality service.
10. Undertake additional duties as necessary, which may include occasional travel for the onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
