Job description
As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This includes managing the accounting team, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information and provide strategic insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proven experience in managing accounting teams and financial operations
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with inventory accounting
- Experience with equipment depreciation
