Job Location: Nepal

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Performance Management System for all verticals of the organization
• Performance Improvement and Development
• Design and implement KRA KPIs Balanced Scorecard as performance management parameters across all business
• Change Management.
• Identify performance gaps and development needs through performance reviews assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and learning and development teams to design and implement targeted development plans and initiatives to address performance gaps and support career growth.
