Job description

Join our team and contribute to our mission by championing the sale of suite of products to large enterprise customers (20,000+ employee population). Your efforts will enable these organizations to offer top-tier healthcare experiences to their employees and their families.

You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and closing business deals with self-funded employers within your designated territory. Utilizing a consultative approach, you'll engage directly with senior Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership as well as their trusted advisors and consultants.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with benefits and employee rewards professionals within target companies to integrate into their employee benefits packages.
Expand customer base throughout your assigned territory.
Identify opportunities for to expand its service footprint within enterprise customers.
Focus on enhancing process efficiencies to streamline our sales cycle and frameworks.
Cultivate and nurture productive relationships with key Consultants within your territory.
Maintain accurate records of all activities within our CRM system to ensure precise forecasting.
Embody culture and dedication to improving health outcomes in all business interactions.
Travel as necessary to fulfill job requirements.
Requirements:

12+ years of sales experience.
Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprise customers.
Thorough understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and its evolution.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a penchant for creating win-win agreements.
Proven ability to leverage market experts to forge relationships with target customers.
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding yearly quotas in the enterprise segment.
Experience engaging with decision-makers at the highest levels within organizations.
Proficiency in selling complex products/services with long sales cycles.
Consultative sales approach with a focus on understanding customer pain-points and addressing needs through solutions selling.
Solid grasp of customer and revenue generation dynamics.
Strong references from enterprise customers.
Compensation:

Base salary ranges between $150,800 - $276,000 + equity + benefits, depending on geographic zone and other relevant factors.
Commission structure based on performance and sales achievements.
