Job description

Award winning and established Technology firm providing industry leading solutions in numerous verticals (Commercial, Enterprise, Global, Healthcare, SLED, etc.) is continuing it's growth and adding to their team. The current need is for a Lead Video Conference / AV Solutions Engineer / Architect with strong MS Teams and Polycom expertise. This will be a key role and "bridge" between the Pre Sales and Delivery teams where you will have the opportunity to work with brand name, Enterprise clients throughout the region.

This will be a REMOTE role when not in front of clients that will be high profile and allow for you to shape the direction of numerous technology / practice initiatives.

Excellent cross training culture is provided for Engineers / Architects with strong aptitude. You will have the ability to take advantage of generous training budgets and time off from projects to gain additional certs and / or attend relevant classes.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Lead Video Conference / Audio Visual Solutions Engineer / Architect, your day-to-day role would involve:
- Mentoring other Engineers in the Practice
- Engaging will key stakeholders at our clients
- Designing and deploying cutting-edge, Enterprise Video Confernece / AV Solutions for clients
- Acting as a high level escation point for technical issues / needs
- High level Engineering / Implmentation and guiding Engineering team members on best practices

What You Need for this Position

We are looking for an experienced "Principal Level" AV / Video Conference Engineer / Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You must have a deep understanding of Polycom, Microsoft Teams, and other AV & Video Conferencing systems. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and engage extrememly well with clients.

Any relevant certs are a plus along with previous / current experience working in the VAR space.
