Do you have what it takes? Here are the requirements:
- Ability to oversee planning and development of educational programs.
- Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task situations and assignments successfully.
- At least five years of strong leadership experience in a director role.
- Budget and financial acumen preferred.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in early childhood education.
- Must meet Director license requirements for Florida.
- Accreditation and licensing knowledge are preferred.
