We're seeking a passionate Regional Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our expanding team in the Midwest/Mountain region. You'll work primarily from Montana and South Dakota, fostering partnerships with referral sources, developing impactful marketing strategies, and driving business growth in our network of mental health practices.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources in the healthcare industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing initiatives
Track and analyze marketing performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company in the assigned region

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus in the healthcare industry a plus
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
Strong understanding of current healthcare trends and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in data analysis, organization, and attention to detail
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (a plus)
