Job description
We are seeking a caring, professional, and ethical licensed clinician who wants to bring their specialty to a dynamic group practice.
The Center for Neuro Potential has several clinicians who specialize in trauma therapy, and we are looking to expand our areas of excellence. Specialties that we are seeking include clinicians who excel at helping the ADHD, Autism, and/or LGBTQ+ communities. Other specialties will be considered as well. We work with a marketing agency and will market to your ideal client.
We handle the billing, marking, and administrative work so you can focus on what matters to you... helping your clients! Full or part-time will be considered! Please include a cover letter describing your area of specialty.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy. A preference will be given to applicants who are able to work with both children and adults.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner in our EHR system (Therapy Notes)
- Provide brief clinical check-ins with clients receiving neurofeedback.
- Participate in group clinical consultation and neurofeedback rounds.
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency in carrying out the job duties.
Qualifications:
- Possess a license (Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice in the state of Connecticut
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and skill in working within your specialty
- Willingness to learn the basics of neurofeedback and how to conduct neurofeedback check-ins
- Adherence to professional principles and ethical codes of conduct is essential
