Job description

Our Independent Insurance Agency located in Plymouth is expanding and we are looking for the right person to join our dynamic team.

This unique Client Development position will be responsible for Customer Service and Client annual reviews. We are seeking an individual that is motivated, passionate, self-driven, and enjoys building strong relationships within the community and helping people by doing meaningful work that makes a difference for our clients.

Responsibilities

· Customer Service requests from current book of business

· Policy Reviews of current clients

· Marketing/Sales Support as needed

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2 years commercial lines insurance experience in the independent market.

· Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills

· Confident self-starter who works well independently

· Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers' needs

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
