Job description

We are looking for a Direct Care Worker to join our team and provide quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. This includes helping with meal preparation, providing transportation, and assisting with personal care needs. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals in care.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in care.
• Monitor the health and safety of individuals in care.
• Maintain records of services provided and progress made by individuals in care.
• Communicate effectively with family members, other staff members, and outside agencies.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Idaho Falls, ID: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
