Job description
We are looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead and manage our preconstruction team. The ideal candidate should have an extensive background in the commercial construction industry, be proficient in estimating and bidding, and have experience with design-build projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to take their career to the next level.
- Responsible for managing the entire preconstruction phase
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the construction team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects in Atlanta
- Ground-up, new construction
- Estimating, budgeting, bids, cost analysis
- 5+ years of Preconstruction experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager
- Commercial or Multi-family experience, both is a plus
- BS in Construction Management or related
- Competitive base ($120,000 - $140,000) + 20% Bonus
