ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager of Dominican Hospital Employee Health, is responsible for performing support activities for the Employee Health Services Department. Responsibilities include scheduling of appointments, greeting clients, clerical support and daily operations of the department. This position provides both front and back office services including but not limited to the following duties: front office reception; scheduling of appointments within and outside of the organization; chart set up, employee/contracted data entry, and scanning; new injury provider scheduling, claim set up and transitional work placement if indicated; filing, copying, managing employee data spreadsheets and ordering office department supplies. This position coordinates with high organizational and professional communication expectations for external and internal customer satisfaction, while complying with Dignity Health Policies, and Dignity Health Mission and Values.
