Are you looking to make a difference in the human services industry? Do you want to utilize your BCBA/BCaBA skills to help individuals with disabilities in your community? TURN Community Services is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our nonprofit human services team. You'll enjoy a small-town feel working between the St. George and Cedar City locations! Monthly travel can be expected.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst earns a fantastic pay of $30 per hour . DAY-TO-DAY AS A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you provide exceptional care to 20-25 individuals with disabilities every day. You work with them to help them live more fulfilling lives through day-to-day assistance. Conducting functional assessment interviews helps you evaluate their needs. You create behavior support plans (BSPs) and individual service plans (ISPs). You're always meticulous with your documentation as you update assessments, complete monthly summaries, and maintain other documents.

You train our BCBA/BCaBA staff in behavior plan interventions and stay current with the latest techniques and approaches. Every day, there are new challenges and learning opportunities. Whether interacting with clients, collaborating with your team, or conducting data analysis, you have a chance to make a real impact by shaping behaviors and changing lives for the better.

This human services role requires problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork - all essential skills for anyone looking to make positive changes in the world of nonprofit and human services. Formerly known as Project TURN, we were founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now known as TURN Community Services, we provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.
