Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Director of Youth Ministry. The Director of Youth Ministry will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all youth programs, including Bible studies, outreach activities, and spiritual care for youth. The Director of Youth Ministry will also be responsible for communicating with parents, volunteers, and other church staff, as well as collaborating with other ministry areas within the church.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating and leading Bible studies and events for youth
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with youth, parents, volunteers, and other church staff
• The ability to provide spiritual guidance and support to youth
• A heart for ministry and a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to youth
• Experience in working with youth in a church or ministry setting
