Senior Director - Product Marketing

In this role you will lead building a Product Marketing (PMM) organization for the largest retail and notable brands in the world. You will help us serve our customers in how they shop - delivering on our purpose to help our customers save money and live a better life.
You will do this by creating a clear vision for PMM: the capabilities, team design, outcomes and integration with cross functional partners for success.
You will be a clear advocate for our customer in our product development and go to market.

Our Marketing team has flexibility on location, for most of our openings, you can live within driving distance to one of our hubs: Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, Sunnyvale, CA or Los Angeles, CA. We’re a 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.
You will make an impact by :
Establishing the PMM capability through a clear vision of impact on our strategy, customer, business, product and marketing. Drive the team in creation of best methods, tool kits and ways of working that deliver on this vision.
Through a deep understanding of our customer, competition, cultural trends and company influence our product development, positioning and go to market marketing comms.
Develop a high impact, agile team: Define the organizational structure, role capabilities, recruit and coach the team.
Deliver key data-driven business insights, work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that drive business / product strategy
Collaborate and prioritize product roadmaps with the product leadership. Understand growth and risk factors of new and future product releases.
Enable performance analytics to measure impact of product marketing on business, brand and customer outcomes.

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS in Business or Marketing
10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Product Marketing or related field.
Experience leading a team
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead team, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.
