Patient-Centered Care: As an Inpatient Oncology Pharmacist, you'll play a pivotal role in the lives of oncology patients and collaborate with Hematology/Oncology Physicians, Infectious Disease Physicians, and their patients. Your expertise will directly impact patient care.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications and skills:
Acute Care Hospital Experience: Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting is essential to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients.
Pharmacy Degree: A graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy.
Licensing: A NYS Pharmacist license and current New York registration are required to practice as an Inpatient Oncology Pharmacist.
Oncology Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of hospital pharmacy experience, with at least three annual CE requirements in Chemotherapy/Oncology.
Certification: Oncology Certification by NYSCHP or BPS or equivalent is preferred.
Infusion Center Experience: Experience in hematology oncology and infusion center operations is a significant advantage.
