Job description
Huntington Learning Center, located in West Chester, OH is hiring part-time English and Reading Tutors for our ACT and SAT Prep program.
Our English and Reading tutors include both active and retired teachers who have experience in the fields of English, Language Arts, and Creative Writing as well as college students who are working on a Masters or Doctorate program. We provide paid training and all the curriculum you need to teach students the grammar, sentence and paragraph structure, rhetorical skills, and reading strategies they need to boost their scores on the English and Reading sections of the ACT and SAT. You will teach students 1:1 at our center. There are no lesson plans to write or homework to grade. You will also enjoy working in a caring, professional, and flexible working environment – we offer after-school, weekend, and summer instructional hours. Requirements include:
