Youll also handle project communication document creation and editing tasks using Google Docs and Canva. This is a parttime to fulltime position offering flexible hours. Candidates should be prepared to commit to the required schedule and demonstrate dedication to the roles responsibilities and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate phone systems by checking voicemails and responding to customer inquiries via phone.
- Make phone calls to engage with our community contacts effectively.
- Coordinate projects and maintain communication with partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and edit documents efficiently using Google Docs.
- Utilize Canva for editing documents to enhance visual appeal and clarity.
