Responsibilities: 

You will be working with a team to help in processing building and utility permits, record notes from job meetings, management of documents, assisting with purchasing and procurement, processing shop drawings, etc. 

Requirements: 

* 5+ years of experience

* Degree: Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture +

* Experience working with GCs and CMs

* Building Modeling +

* Plan Grid

* Procore

* Microsoft Project

* eCMS, MS365
