The Manager, Provider Accounts is responsible for developing and executing quality and capacity care solutions within assigned markets. This person leverages and maintains relationships with key providers in assigned region. In this role, this person is also responsible for monitoring success metrics and delivering results in assigned markets which includes, but is not limited to, customer satisfaction and conversion rate. Works closely with Director to understand and manage provider costs.
What you will be doing in this role:
- Maintain good working knowledge of markets assigned
- Design and implement solutions to address network capacity concerns
- Leverage data to identify targeted areas that require action to correct quality or capacity issues
- Monitor key success metrics in assigned markets and report results regularly to supervisor
- Partner with other departments to drive accountability for initiatives related to capacity and customer experience; departments include, but might not be limited to, Contact Center, Program Management, Product, Center Operations, CNST and Business Intelligence
- Manage provider rates in assigned region based on established financial targets. Must understand and weigh risks associated with quality, provider network coverage, and competitive landscape against financial targets
- Notify supervisor regularly of specific locations or providers who present risk to the program
- Lead a team of Managers and Specialists who assist in the execution of departmental strategies
What we hope you will bring to this role:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of account management or vendor management experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent phone manner
- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Entrepreneurial, out of the box thinker
- Strong negotiation skills preferred
- Results driven leader.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Strong analytical competency
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail
Compensation Range: $70,000-$75,000

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
