Job description
Do you have experience managing all aspects of an Enterprise Integration Platform, onsite & offshore? BCT is searching for a hybrid direct-hire IT Integration Manager Boomi in DFW that has strong technical skills to support complex technical solutions implementation. You will guide the team members to improve team efficiency and drive complex projects while promoting and instilling a collaborative culture. Your strong organizational skills and sound management methodologies will help you quickly pull together multiple teams striving for a common goal.
SALARY OFFERED : Up to $140K plus bonus depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Considered the (SME) Subject Matter Expert for several IT integration and data solutions
- Partner with stakeholders & leaders to gather demands, prioritize projects & define roadmaps
- Drive design for integration solutions & an enterprise-wide integration & data solutions portfolio
- Manage projects from technical standpoint & provide direction to integration development & technical designers
- Administer the integration & data platforms like Dell Boomi, EDI, SSIS etc.
- Determine integration development objectives by analyzing requirements, envisioning system features & functionality
- Analyze trends in technology by research & build recommendations to implement new technologies, frameworks, or methodologies
- Create & support ETL and Web Service based data integrations using Dell Boomi/SQL
- Support & maintain EDI Platforms like Gentran and other cloud-based EDI platforms
- Responsible for needs gathered, development, testing & accountable for production deployment
- Maintain applications in production environment with end users & IT to troubleshoot & find issues
- Assure clear & concise comments are kept in code to aid understanding by other developers
- Adheres to SDLC principles for software development plus manage SLA's for data sets
- Write unit test procedures & document test results to ensure software requirements are met
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred
- At least ten years experience in developing and supporting Data Integration solutions
- Minimum 5 years experience in data integration design & development, mainly on Dell Boomi
- Experience of APIs, Web Services, SOA, ESB, ETL concepts plus developing SOAP & REST
- Proficient in SQL language like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and/or DB2 database management
- Experience using databases, writing complex queries in ANSI-SQL products like T-SQL & PL/SQL
- Experience supporting integration & communications technologies between applications, databases & technology platforms
- Retail & Distribution industry experience is a plus
