Job description

Job Summary

Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of highly complex business problems requiring automated solutions.

Research and identify potential customers in the areas of Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and IT Custom Development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Symprio’s services.

Strategize with business partners on lead generation concepts.

Gather and finalize detailed technical requirements for lead generation.

Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Work closely with the internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met.

Prepare sales and operations reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide feedback to the leadership team on market conditions and competitive landscape.

Build new procedures and programs from the ground up utilizing best practices from various areas and applying consistent solutions.

Collaborate and positively influence both vertically and horizontally within the organization and cross organization.

Synthesize data to present information to senior level management.

Demonstrate leadership, analytical, problem solving, documentation, organizational and successful written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Experience

Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

10+ years of experience working in IT in client facing roles, with a proven track record of successful project growth.

Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and IT Custom Development

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as needed.
