Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules and deadlines
- Assist with the organization and management of case files, including maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings, and prepare necessary documents and materials
- Communicate and correspond with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
Job Qualifications for a Litigation Paralegal:
- US Work Authorization
- Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
- Legal Research & Drafting Experience
- Adobe Suite Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
