Licensed Practical Nurses

- $2000 Sign on Bonus!
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $27-$30 including night shift and weekend differentials

As a Nurse, you have many opportunities for job placement and training in the medical field. Clinics, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospice Care, etc. There is also Community Health, which has various options as well.

At Alliance Nursing, you will experience working one-on-one with medically complex and fragile clients. Working in this distinctive setting allows you to be trained and gain skills you may not learn in other facilities. We provide a Skills Lab for Vent and Trach training with the most current technology. As a Community Health support organization, we take pride in being a valuable resource for our clients, families and staff.

Low patient ratio? Yes! Our privately owned Adult Family Homes have 4-6 residents which allows our Nurses to have 1 to 3. You will become a valuable part of the clients" care and needs on a personal level.

Direct support staff available? Yes! Each 12-hour shift has 1 to 2 Nurses (RN/LPN) and 1 to 2 Aides (NAC/HCA). Plus, our 24/7 Clinical Supervisor or Director of Nursing support. Available with just a phone call.

Alliance Nurses have the unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients; allowing them to live in a beautiful residential setting, in private rooms specific for their care. This is a safe place for them; a comfortable environment; a place to call home.

LPN"s - we need you!

12-hour shifts: 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am

FLEXIBLE schedules! No specific rotations!

You choose; 12, 24, or 36 hours a week!

Some skills you may learn:

- Mechanical Ventilation (Vent) - Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Tracheostomy Care (Trach)
- Complex Respiratory Support
- Nursing Interventions for Neurological Conditions such as Seizure Disorders
- Nursing Interventions for Genetic Conditions and Developmental Disabilities
- IV Therapy (administrative of medications and monitoring); TPN administration
