Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, ensuring a clear understanding of project specifications and requirements.
- Lead and supervise construction crews, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Take charge of construction projects in the field from inception to completion, overseeing metal stud, drywall, and interior build-out tasks with hands-on involvement.
- Coordinate and schedule metal stud, drywall, and interior build-out activities, ensuring tasks align with project timelines and specifications.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to guarantee the precision and accuracy of metal stud, drywall, and interior build-out installations.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety first among the construction crew and throughout the project site.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and organize construction activities, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members, facilitating clear and open lines of communication to address issues and ensure smooth project progress.
- Quickly address and resolve challenges that may arise during construction, applying problem-solving skills to keep the project on schedule and within specifications.

- Possess a valid OSHA 10 certification
- Possession of OSHA 30 certification a plus
- Maintain a drug and alcohol-free status, adhering to a strict substance-free policy
- Demonstrate substantial experience in the specific field of metal stud, drywall, and interior build-out work
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project specifications
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
