As a Customer Care Representative, you key responsibilities will be:  

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell new and current customers on the latest offerings for pest control.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Convey sympathy through speech and written communication while remaining professional using proper grammar and punctuation. 
• Maintaining customer accounts including invoicing and billing. 
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture. 
• Proficient with technology and attention to detail.
• Contact clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Enjoy customer service and talking on the phone
• Friendly, pleasant and outgoing, maintaining a professional image and positive outlook while under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to create clear and concise notes in customer accounts
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Ability to work well in a team
• Microsoft Office and Basic Excel computer skills
• Anticipate scheduling change and ability to adapt
