Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months CTH
SUMMARY: The Technical Program Management team partners closely with business, engineering teams and product teams to deliver impactful and scalable initiatives. This individual will drive new and ongoing strategic initiatives for organizational iniatives, interface daily with software, infrastructure, and operations teams to define and drive development of new and existing programs.
We are looking for a TPM with strong fundamentals and experience in end-to-end program management as well as technical understanding of the systems and entirety of the company's landscape. You will be expected to drive technical discussions between different product teams and ensure that all programs are aligned with the technical roadmap. You will also be responsible for conducting business and technical reviews with leadership and executive teams on a regular basis. You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals. You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with your stakeholders and Senior Leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the scope, road map, implementation and tracking of projects from start to finish.
- Set goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk, and drive mitigations across all stages of the project.
- Drive engineering initiatives cross functionally with product, engineers, and designers.
- Build partnerships with engineering and other organizations and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met and security policy requirements are maintained.
- Partnering with the program sponsor, architects, tech leads and engineers, business leads and dependent system stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and project is a success.
- Manage executive expectations and owning escalation, communication, and C-level engagement on critical strategic projects for the company.
- Ensure timely completion of technical and business artifacts.
- Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10+ years Technical Program or Technical Product Management experience.
- Data Analytics
- Supply Chain
- General end point programs
- Finance / Accounting
- Experience with large-scale initiatives.
- 7 yrs. experience Software Engineering background (not looking for Infrastructure PM)
- Work with larger enterprises but in faster paced sprints.
- BS/MS in computer science, software engineering, and/or related technical field
- Solid foundation in software engineering principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational as well as written and verbal communication skills to drive projects across multiple programs and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements quickly.
- Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with diverse internal and external partners at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools – MS office suite, Confluence, Jira
