Pistachio Cafe seeks employees who are detail oriented, dedicated to maintaining an

At Pistachio Cafe, it’s not just about coffee—it’s about cultivating a space where all are

welcome to the wealth of beauty, beverages, and food we offer.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Prepares and stores bulk ingredients for use in recipes.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces and kitchen at the end of the shift.
• Performs any inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Qualifications

• Back of house/kitchen/line/food-prep experience
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with all team members
