Job Title: Data Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Boca Raton - Hybrid (3x a week in office, 2x a week remote)
Job Salary: $130,000-$148,000 (base + bonus)
Requirements:

3. Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred)

We are fast growing manufacturing and retail company looking for a Data Manager to join our team ASAP. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and provide management with valuable information to improve operational and businesses practices. You will use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats. This role is part of our dynamic IT team and you will work with numerous employees and vendors to ensure continued success through corporate projects.

In this position, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing solutions for data projects. You will be required to build and maintain data warehouses, create data models and reports, and use data mining to help drive decision making. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient use of data. You will also have one direct report (Data Analyst) reporting to you.

This is a full time, permanent position in Boca Raton, FL. You will work in a hybrid format with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What You Will Be Doing

-Assist in loading operational data (POS, HR, Finance) into Data Warehouse and BI environment
-Develop dashboards in the BI environment for all departments
-Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes data-related problems
-Will be responsible for analyzing and validating all data sources used for reporting
-Maintain all data related scheduled jobs
-Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine
-Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts
-Demonstrating the significance of their work in the context of local, national, and global trends that impact both their organization and industry
-Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
-Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance
-Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary

What You Need for this Position

Must Haves:
-Bachelor's Degree in Informational Technology, Computer Science or related field experience
-Minimum five years of data mining experience
-Experience designing and maintaining data systems and building data warehouses
-Experience with Azure is preferred (we are also open to reviewing candidates with AWS or GCP)
-Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
-Experience with complex queries and dashboards
-Proven experience creating custom dashboards
-Experience with SQL is preferred
-Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
-Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills

-Experience with Python
