The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Brandon, MS. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-office, or remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
• Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution
• Quoting new accounts, quote renewals
• Data input of information into agency management system.
• Process certificate of insurance, auto ID cards and other forms requested by insureds.
• Assisting producer in growing book of business.
• Contributing to a positive workplace environment
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• P&C Licensed
• Knowledge of AMS 360 is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Detail orientated and superior organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
• Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
