As the first point of contact for our company, the Office Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and inventory.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
